Delete my account and photos
To have your account, your books and your photos removed, open a support ticket. We confirm in writing when it is done.
You can ask us to delete your account, your books and your photos at any time. You do it by opening a support ticket, and we give you written proof when it is done.
How
- Sign in and open Support in the menu.
- Open a ticket and write that you want your account and your photos deleted.
- We check that the request comes from you, delete your account, your books and the photos you uploaded, and answer the ticket to confirm.
What you receive
A written confirmation in your ticket and by email that your account, your books and your photos have been deleted.
If you cannot sign in, write to info@qisas.co from the email address of your account.
