Order status explained
What each status on your order means, in order.
Your order page shows a status. In order:
- Sample Requested / Creating Sample — we are making your sample.
- Sample Ready / Reviewing Sample — your sample is ready for you to look at.
- Awaiting Payment — waiting for you to pay. The price was shown before this step.
- Creating Story Brief / Story Brief Ready — we are preparing and showing you the outline of your story.
- Generating Story / Reviewing Story — your story is written, and it is your turn to read and approve it.
- Generating Images / Reviewing Images — your pictures are made, and it is your turn to review them.
- Being Assembled by Our Team — our team is assembling your book.
- Ready for Your Review — your assembled book is waiting for your approval.
- Printing / Shipping — your book is being printed and is on its way.
- Delivered — it has arrived.
- Cancelled — the order was cancelled.
