My payment did not go through
What to do when the card is declined or the payment page closed.
No money is taken if the payment did not complete. Your order is safe and waits for you.
- Go back to your order and choose to pay again.
- If your card was declined, try another card, or ask your bank to allow the payment.
- If the payment page closed, you can start again: nothing was charged.
- If your bank shows a charge and your order still says it is waiting for payment, write to us and we will check it straight away.
